HOW DO I GET THE BEST RESULTS?

Put your feet up and relax! In the squatting position, gravity does the work for you. All that you need to do is adopt the position and let nature take its course.

HOW DO I USE IT?

The Squatty Potty sits neatly beneath your toilet. Simply take a seat and pull it forward so that you can comfortably place your feet on it. Then lean slightly forward to imitate the natural squatting position.

WILL IT WORK WITH MY TOILET?

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE MY SQUATTY POTTY?

The Squatty Potty should be used every time you go to the toilet; even when you just need a wee (don't forget the benefits for the pelvic floor!).

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

Like anything new, using a Squatty Potty may feel strange at first, but you'll quickly adapt to it and even feel lost without it. While the majority of people see results immediately, it can take some up to a week to adjust and relax into the new position.

HOW DO I CLEAN IT?

If you sprinkle when you tinkle, simply sanitise your Squatty Potty using your favourite toilet cleaner and a cloth.

HOW DO I RETURN IT?

1. Call us on 01482 496931 between 9:00am and 5:00am GMT, Monday to Friday.
2. We'll supply you with our address and log your return into our system.
3. Enclose a note with your return that contains your name, address, contact number and order number.
4. Post back your product(s) and obtain a proof of postage.

You are entitled to a full refund for up to 14 days after you receive your Squatty Potty.

WHICH SIZE DO I NEED?

In order to determine the size you require you first need to measure your toilet. Lift the seat to make it slightly easier and measure from the floor to the top of the bowl. From this you will be able to glean whether your toilet is standard or comfort height.
